Overview:
Join us for an informal rally in the unspoilt Eastern Aegean with its crystal-clear turquoise waters. We will explore a host of different islands, each with its own unique character. You will be likely to enjoy sightings of dolphins as we make way between quiet harbours and small towns with beautiful Greek architecture.
The Dodecanese are the twelve islands surrounding Kos along the Turkish coast. It is a short hop from Bodrum for our Turkish-based RTYC members or a direct and inexpensive flight from London to a charter boat out of Kos.
Apart from Kos and Patmos, the Dodecanese islands are relatively undeveloped and quite wild. The northern islands are governed by a national marine park with the new Aegean Marine Sanctuary based on Lipsi.
Restaurants are generally small and rustic, making this a special and unspoiled cruising area. You will enjoy a combination of beach tavernas, town restaurants and the occasional picnic in a bay
