Overview: This is a unique, week-long Cruise of the Chesapeake Bay in October 2022 that guarantees great times and lasting memories on beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
Hosted by the Annapolis Yacht Club (AYC), it will begin and end in Annapolis, Maryland. This cruise will balance fascinating tours of the United States Naval Academy and historic St. Michaels, with quiet anchorages among pristine shorelines. You’ll visit historic towns, as you step back in time, and learn how each played a part in the American Story. Witness restoration projects designed to return the Bay to its roots of abundance and home to many species of wildlife. World famous Chesapeake Bay crabs and marvellous local cuisine will also be among the many highlights. And it is no coincidence that the cruise fits squarely on the calendar so that participants can attend both the U.S. Powerboat Show and the U.S. Sailboat Show, the largest in-water sailboat show in the world.
